As all brands have the sizes slightly different, we incorporated a size guide on the presentation site of each brand or directly on the products page. We are shipping with SEUR/DPD, for products on stock the delivery time is as followed: -Spain Mainland and Baleares 24/ 48 hours. -Ceuta Melilla in between 24 y 72 hours. -Canarias up to 5-8 days. -Countries Euro Zone 3 to 7 days.

We like a Fair-shipping In Spain Mainland and Baleares we have a flan rate of 6€. If your order is more than 80€ we ship for free. To the majority of the countries of the Eurozone we have a flat rate of 10 EUR. If your order is more than 150 EUR we ship for free. You have 15 natural days from delivery on to return a product. If the size or the model does not fit, or simply you are not satisfied with the product you may change it for a different one or we return the funds.. For hygienic reasons we exclude for return underwear, bikinis and socks ! In case for returning a product, please contact us through the contact form or directly via email: info@veganized.es The shipping costs for the return is on the clients behalf, only when it is an error of us we pay for it :-)

Purchase at veganized is secured. We count on a secured payment methode provided by our bank. All confidential information of the cards is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the bank, who authorizes the payment. All communication processes through HTTPS. You can identify that you are in a secured area, when you can see the closed lock in your internet explorer. Veganized reserves the right to change and modify the account details on what the client can make payments via transfers. Veganized in no case has access to your bank details or saves them on the server. For this reason you need to introduce any time you do a transaction in our shop for new your details. Therefore you have a double protection against fraud.

You can choose between several payment methods, what you prefer. We accept the bank transfer (it takes longer to arrive the order), payment by credit card with SSL protection

Yes. We use secure payment systems. The payment transaction by credit card is made through a secure connection SSL (Secure Socket Layering). You can identify that you are in a secure connection because the web address goes from http to https (The "s" means that the data that is transmitted is encrypted and therefore is secure). When making the payment through secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Then it will connect with the issuing bank of the same, which will request authentication and authorization of the operation.

We are committed to a sustainable fashion. This means for us too, to choose well the clothes you buy, buy in general less but of quality and buy clothes that not only serve you for a season. At the time of placing an order in our store look well the size you need, to avoid unnecessary returns, which cause another transport more and thus more CO2 emissions. Please keep in mind that your old clothes can have a second life, donating it or depositing it in special containers of your municipality, clean points, non-profit associations. You can also send it to us and we take care of the recycling in favor of the most needy. Also there are more possibilities to give a second use to your old clothes.
